"Finance" Knows No Bounds, "Tax" Leads the Way - Hicorp Academy Organizes Full-staff Labor Competition: 2024 Fiscal and Tax Skills Contest
Promoting learning through competition and enhancing performance through study, the annual Fiscal and Tax Skills Contest aimed to evaluate training outcomes, consolidate fiscal and tax application skills, and elevate the practical capabilities of the fiscal and tax team. On the afternoon of September 19th, the contest kicked off in Classroom 500 of the Hicorp Academy within the group, with 23 fiscal audit personnel from the group's fiscal audit frontline participating.
Centered around the 2024 theme of "Focus, Innovation, Breakthrough," this contest focused on the key fiscal learning topic for 2024 - fiscal and tax knowledge and skills. It evaluated the learning outcomes of the fiscal and tax training conducted by the Hicorp Academy in 2024, emphasizing policies, regulations, and practical operations related to fundamental tax law, corporate income tax, value-added tax, stamp tax, and more. The content covered tax-related knowledge pertinent to manufacturing enterprises, including tax categories, tax rates, taxation methods, declaration requirements, and accounting treatments. Participants were assessed on their mastery of fiscal and tax knowledge and application skills, with final rankings based on scores.
Through calm and composed responses, Yu Mengmeng from the Finance Department of Hicorp ultimately won the first prize in this skills contest and was awarded the "Individual Champion" trophy. Zhang Lin from the Finance Department of Hicorp and Dou Xueli from the Finance Department of Hicorp Heavy Industry tied for second place. Qi Tong from the Finance Department of Hicorp won third place. Wu Chunlei from the Group's Finance Center, Han Chuanjie from the Finance Comprehensive Department of Qingdao Putian, and Song Junping from the Finance Department of Hicorp, all achieved excellent results and were awarded honors for excellence in this contest.
