Fruitful Branches Herald a New Journey: Jointly Forging the Future - The Official Launch of the Hicorp Group's 2024 "Leader Excellence Program" for Middle-Level Managers
On August 8, the launch ceremony for the Hicorp Group's 2024 "Leader Excellence Program" (LEP) for middle-level managers was held in the multi-functional hall of the group's headquarters. Chairman Guan Chunyang attended the event and delivered a speech. General Manager Sun Xu presided over the launch ceremony, with Mr. Hu Lecong, General Manager of Qingdao Shidai Guanghua, and 65 middle-level managers from the group and its various subsidiaries participating, jointly initiating the LEP training program.
Hicorp Group Chairman Guan Chunyang, on behalf of the group's board of directors, expressed his best wishes, expectations, and requirements to the participating middle-level managers. He emphasized that middle-level managers are the key executors of Hicorp Group's strategies, the backbone of the company's development, and the bridge connecting the senior and grassroots levels. Their abilities and qualities directly impact the progress of various tasks and the achievement of goals within Hicorp. Learning is not only a necessity for personal growth but also a responsibility and mission entrusted by the times to Hicorp people. As an industry leader, learning is the core driving force for Hicorp's sustained development. Chairman Guan stressed that digitalization and internationalization – the "two-ization" strategy – are the inevitable paths for Hicorp's century-old legacy. Through a series of systematic, comprehensive, and in-depth trainings, we aim to further enhance the professional competence of our management team, broaden their management horizons, and strengthen their strategic thinking, ultimately achieving the goals of the "two-ization" strategy.
Upon joining Hicorp, embark on a journey of learning that never graduates. Chairman Guan put forward the following requirements and expectations for the LEP trainees: Firstly, cherish every learning opportunity, as every learning experience is an investment in oneself and a layout for the future, and every organized activity is a test for each trainee. Secondly, dare to step out of one's comfort zone and explore unknown areas, as unknowns and challenges provide opportunities to discover one's potential and value. Thirdly, share learning outcomes, recognizing that learning is not just an individual endeavor but also a team effort, and be willing to share one's learning achievements and experiences with colleagues for mutual progress and growth. Lastly, adhere to lifelong learning, making it a habit and a way of life. Regardless of position or age, we must maintain a thirst for knowledge and pursuit of learning, letting it become an integral part of our lives.
During the ceremony, General Manager Sun Xu announced the official launch of the Hicorp Group's 2024 "Leader Excellence Program" for middle-level managers and appointed Deputy General Manager Chen Xiuyan as the class advisor, with Zhang Jinjuan, An Chuanjiang, Guo Jiayang, Jia Shangfeng, and Pang Zhaohua serving as team leaders. Chairman Guan presented them with appointment certificates.
At the launch ceremony, Ms. Chen led all mandatory trainees in reading out the training commitment: to fully invest and actively learn with an insatiable thirst for knowledge; to abide by discipline and cherish every learning opportunity; to relentlessly pursue excellence and bravely shoulder responsibilities and missions; to live up to the company's expectations and trust, and work together to create a better future!
The "Hicorp Leader Excellence Program" is a meticulously crafted middle-level management talent development project aimed at implementing the Hicorp Group's 2024 strategy of "Focus, Innovation, Breakthrough," adapting to the group's acceleration into the lanes of rapid development and innovative breakthroughs, and cultivating a reserve management talent pool with industry-leading knowledge and management skills. The program will offer courses such as "The Role of Managers," "Becoming Proficient in Target Management," "Becoming Proficient in Efficient Communication," and "Becoming Proficient in Team Building."
At this crucial stage of the group's accelerated development, we expect the participating middle-level managers to comprehensively enhance their management literacy, driven by the "dual engines" of digitalization and internationalization, becoming the backbone force leading Hicorp Group towards its century-old greatness.
