Staff competition is in progress to promote learning through competition

      Based on the promotion plan of the Hicorp Group’s Staff Competition, the "Hydraulic and Pneumatic Transmission" skill competition kicked off at 4:00 pm on July 28th in Hicorp College 500 Comprehensive Classroom.

      Focusing on the training of "Hydraulic and Pneumatic Transmission" courses from Hicorp College and Shandong University, we promote learning through competition, and promote work through learning. 24 technical backbones selected by each subsidiaries gathered together to compete on the same stage.

      During the designated 2 hours of the competition, all contestants are highly focused on the exam. After being reviewed by the judges, Hicorp Heavy Industry Zhao Shanpeng won the second prize; Xue Yushuang won the third prize; Hicorp Heavy Industries Wu Lei, Hicorp Anbaifu, and Gao Xiaohai won the Excellence Award.

      The deputy general manager of the group, Yu Changjiang, made a phased summary of this training and skills competition, and released the learning requirements and competition plan for the next stage. He requested everyone to remember the Chairman's views on enterprise, work, learning, and cooperation at the 2023 New Star Training Camp, making learning a way of life. Mr. Yu also awarded honorary certificates and bonuses to the winners.
