Hicorp holding 2023 Entry Ceremony for College Students

      At 1 p.m. July 22nd, Hicorp Machinery (Qingdao) Co., Ltd. held a welcoming ceremony for newly employeer of college students in 2023, which was presided over by Chen Yong, Manager of the Management Department. Zhao Chuanfu, General Manager of Hicorp, attended and delivered a speech at the ceremony. New college students, all company leaders, and some technical representatives attended it.

      In order to help newly hired college students integrating into Hicorp family as soon as possible, we arranged mentors for everyone. At the ceremony, Chen Yong introduced the leaders of each departments, as well as all the teachers and mentors. The college students also introduced themselves and their work experiences since joining the company.

      Zhao Chuanfu, general manager of the company, welcomed new college students and introduced the development history, achievements, and personal experiences to everyone. Mr. Zhao pointed out that he hopes that newly hired college students should work hard and strive to become ambitious fighters. With a mindset of striving, they will actively engage in work, fully promote the unique entrepreneurial and aggressive spirit of young people, and strive to become the new force for the sustainable development of Hicorp.

Mr. Zhao also put forward specific requirements for the teachers and mentors of newly recruited college students at the ceremony.
