The system will weight cone from winding machine automatically and record data information into weight rating system, displaying them in interface.

Aerial Visual Detection System for varieties
Variety can be confirmed through detecting color and graphics of paper tube. Quality of the end surface dirt can be detected as well. Integrating double checked with aerial visual detection, the system has 10 intelligent closed-loop control functions to effectively trace and control the variety of cone to prevent incorrect count. Ensure that there is no incorrect variety.

Labeling Module
The patented technology of internal labeling of paper tube ensures labeling reliability. Labeling module for whole package can realize labeling at different positions of the whole package (box). According to the pre-defined label printing pattern and format, the system can automatically switch and update the label content to print the label in real time, and paste it on both sides or end surface of the woven bag automatically.

Different color strapping belts can be combined freely, which makes variety differentiation clearer to meet needs of visual management of multiple varieties. The strapping machine is more reasonable in design, with high tightness and beautiful shape.
